Specialized Solution for Manual Challenges: Nuts are fed via vibratory bowl to a distributor. Upon sensor detection, a pneumatic cylinder separates aligned nuts. The electric nutrunner picks up the nut while vacuum suction activates.
Automated Fastening Cycle: After pickup, the unit moves to the work position. The electric nutrunner activates, and a down-acting cylinder completes the fastening.
